Hello Families,

The 2/3s have started their fourth, and final, project of the year. They will be learning about land formations. We started off by learning a bit about the Earth and its layers. Students read and researched the layers, finding interesting facts about each one. They also used homemade playdough to create a little Earth. When we cut it  in half, it revealed all of the layers, from the hot inner core all the way to the ocean and land. We will be talking more about Earth’s layers as we dive into how the Earth was formed and has changed a lot over time!
